Eugene William Kelly, 92, died March 27, 2012, at Consulate Health Care of Vero Beach.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from White Haven, Pa.
He was employed by Franklin National European Bank, New York office, for 35 years, retiring as vice president.
He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion and Knights of Columbus-3rd Degree.
Survivors include his sister, Henrietta Pruszynski of Sebastian.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy.

No services are planned.
Interment will be in Pennsylvania.
