Elizabeth E. “Liz” Kocher, 88, died March 25, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Bethlehem, Pa., and lived in Sebastian for 23 years, coming from Danielsville, Pa.
She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Union, Bath, Pa.
Survivors include her son, Randy Kocher, of Sebastian; and brother, Robert C. Applegate Jr., of Northampton, Pa.
