Vincent A. Guido, 93, died March 21, 2012, at the Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born in Northport, N.Y., and lived in Sebastian for 30 years, coming from his birthplace.
He had been a maintenance supervisor for the Town of Northport before his retirement.
He grew orchids and was known as the “Orchid Man of Sebastian.”
He was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include his wife of 74 years, Evelyn E. Guido, of Sebastian; son, Frank J. Guido, of St. Cloud; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jean Ann Schmitt; and three siblings.
No services are planned.
