The proposed boat access to the soon-to-be-built 10,000-acre Headwaters Lake will be situated in the northwest corner of the City of Fellsmere (downtown Fellsmere marked with pink balloon). The access is shown as a blue sailboat on the map. Due east of the access (the yellow balloon) is the National Elephant Center, due to open by late this year or the start of next.
