VERO BEACH — Gathering in the spirit of competition and friendship, Dancing with Vero’s Stars star dancers and their instructors congregated at the home of Laura and Bobby Guttridge. She is one of this year’s star dancers and he was the 2011 winning star dancer.
Dancing with Vero’s Stars to benefit the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition, will take place on the evening of Saturday, March 10 at The Waxlax Center at Saint Edward’s School in Vero Beach.
The official dance selections and music were announced at the gathering:
Carl Fetzer and Danielle Zimmerman will Tango to Hernandez Hideaway; Joey Schlitt and Beth Shestak will Tango to Bust the Windows; Mark Rodolico and Sandra Redfield will perform a dance combination of Flamenco and Samba to Volare; Dr. Glenn Tremml and Karren Walter will do the Quickstep to I’m a Dancing Fool; Buck Vocelle and Amy Trammell will Rhumba to Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered; Laura Guttridge and Tom Isola will Rhumba to Michael Buble’s rendition of Save the Last Dance for Me; Stacey Miller and Robert Scott will do the Bolero to Si Se; Melissa Shine and Barry Trammell will dance the Waltz to Fascination; Susanne Sweeny and Joe Wynes will do the Lindy Hop to Thanks for the Boogie Ride by Renee Olstead; and Charlotte Terry and Roger O’Brien will Salsa to A Trio of International Music.
The IRC Healthy Start Coalition develops, evaluates and funds a full spectrum of services to support pregnant women’s health, baby’s health and families parenting young children.
