SEBASTIAN — The Sebastian Area Historical Society Inc., will present The History of Fellsmere by Rich Votapka, who will portray the city’s founder, E. Nelson Fell, along with fellow historians Korky Korker and Joel Tyson.
The program will be held at the North Indian River County Library, 1001 Sebastian Blvd. (County Road 512 at Roseland Road) and will start promptly at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
