Adele Mary Hoffman, 96, died Feb. 2, 2012, at Harbor Chase in Vero Beach.
She was born in Bergen County, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach for 21 years, coming from Warwick, N.Y.
Before retirement, she was a supervisor for Avon for 25 years. She attended St. John of the Cross Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters, Marie Valentine of Vero Beach, Cecilia Pallack of Ramsey, N.J., and Adele Faulls of Warwick; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to VNA Hospice House, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
Services will be at a later date in New York.
