VERO BEACH — The public is invited to a HabiTour Saturday, Feb. 25 starting at 10 a.m. at the Indian River Habitat for Humanity Office and Training Center (OTC), 4568 N. US 1, Vero Beach.
Guests will enjoy coffee and a brief presentation at the OTC, then board a bus for the commentated tour. Locations visited will include: “areas of need” in Indian River County; the Habitat communities of Grace Grove and Grace Woods; and the new Habitat community currently under construction in the South County area, Grace Woods West, and the bus is expected to return to the OTC at around noon.
The HabiTour will not include an “ask,” but will provide information on the current programs and projects of IRHFH, which cover not only new construction, but repair, refurbishing and much more.
