Barbara S. Herron, 60, died Jan. 23, 2012, at Kindred Hospital-Melbourne in Melbourne.
He was born in Danville, Ill., and lived in Vero Beach for 28 years, coming from Chesterton, Ind.
She was employed by QVC of Port St. Lucie as a home representative for eight years.
She was a member of Girl Scouts of America and was a troop leader in Vero Beach for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, John E. “Big John” Herron, of Vero Beach; sons, Curtis J. Huff Jr. and John C. Huff, both of Vero Beach; daughter, Connie J. McCord, of Vero Beach; parents, Marvin and Dorothy Williams, of Logansport, Ind.; brothers, Butch Williams, of Twelve Mile, Ind., and Tom Williams and John Williams, both of Logansport; sister, Robin Collier, of Tulsa, Okla.; and 11 grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 30 at the Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory in Vero Beach.
