Jackie Dale Stephens, 58, died Jan. 18, 2012, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Mendota, Calif., and lived in Vero Beach since 2011, coming from Springville, Calif.
Survivors include his sisters, Curly Long, of Vero Beach, Rita Lowe, of Springville and Caroline Loop, of California.
