FELLSMERE — The U.S. Navy Armed Guard and Merchant Marines will hold its monthly meeting Saturday, Jan. 21, at 9 a.m. at Marsh Landing Restaurant, 44 North Broadway, Fellsmere.
There is an open menu and everyone is welcome.
The speaker will be Commander John Papageorge, a US Navy aviator in the Vietnam War. Cmdr. Papageorge served an squadron commander of a number of squadrons and he completed two combat tours aboard CV61 USS Ranger. He spent 14 years in the US Navy.
The next meeting will be held Feb. 18. A speaker is needed.
