VERO BEACH — Andy Beindorf, Regional President of General Banking with CenterState Bank, announced the appointment of Marni Parent as Residential Loan Officer. Parent brings a solid 15-year history in residential real estate and building construction to her new position.
She is responsible for working with clients of area builders and Realtors to assist them in obtaining the best mortgage loan product along with the convenience of a quick turn around time.
Parent attended Mississippi State University. She joined Indian River National Bank (IRNB) in 2003 and remained with RBC following their purchase of IRNB. She is currently affiliated with local organizations that include the Realtors Association of Indian River County, Exchange Club, and Chamber of Commerce.
CenterState Bank is located at 801 20th Place, just west of U.S. 1 between the “twin pairs” of State Road 60 east and west in Vero Beach (formerly the Fletcher Appliance Store). Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
