Harry D. Foxwell, Sr., 76, Vero Beach

Harry D. Foxwell, Sr., 76, of Vero Beach, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at home.

Harry was born Aug. 28, 1935, in Washington, D.C., and moved to Vero Beach 27 years ago from Fort Lauderdale.

He was a heavy equipment operator for Dennis L. Smith in Vero Beach for many years.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Beverly Foxwell, of Vero Beach; five sons, Harry Foxwell, Jr., of Micco, Richard Foxwell, of Sebastian, Robert Foxwell, of Barefoot Bay, Rusty Dalberg, of Vero Beach, and James Dalberg, of Fort Myers; three daughters, Dana Hanlon, of Sebastian, Robin Dove, of Sebastian, and Patricia Foxwell, of Fort Lauderdale; 13 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three brothers Kenneth Foxwell, of Fort Worth, Texas, Michael Foxwell, of Fort Worth, and David Foxwell, of Annapolis, Md;, and two sisters Catherine Droll, of Annapolis, and Linda Coulson, of Canton, Pa.; and his best friend Thaniel Bowen, of Sebastian.

Harry was predeceased by parents Harry and Mary Foxwell, and brother Robert Foxwell.

No services are scheduled.
