SEBASTIAN — A Children’s Holiday Arts and Crafts Festival will be held at the North Indian River County Library on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to Noon. Members of the GFWC Sebastian River Junior Woman’s Club will be on hand to help youngsters make holiday crafts.
Santa with his elves will pay a visit and parents are encouraged to bring their cameras. The festival is free of charge, but canned goods for the local food pantry will be accepted.
This program is co-sponsored by the Woman’s Club and the Friends of the North Indian River County Library.
