VERO BEACH – Now that the election is over and the Vero Beach City Council is settled for another year, the Indian River Neighborhood Association has invited City Manager Jim O’Connor to speak at its luncheon on Friday, Nov. 18.
The lunch will be held at noon at CJ Cannon’s restaurant at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport.
