JoAnn Murphy, 75, died Nov. 14, 2011, at Consulate Health Care.
She was born in Fond du Lac, Wis., and lived in Vero Beach for 15 years, coming from Wisconsin.
Before retirement, she was a department manager at Kohl’s.
Previously, she had been a speech pathologist.
She was of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, James F. Murphy; sons, Joseph B. Murphy, of Mayville, Wis., Martin P. Murphy, of Wilton, Wis., Matthew K. Murphy, of Mukwonago, Wis., and Pat Murphy, of Vero Beach; daughter, Mary C. Murphy, of Vero Beach; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Cox Gifford Seawinds in Vero Beach, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Nov. 18 at Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Inurnment will take place in Fond du Lac at a later date.
