ORCHID – Will Collins is the new owner and president of Orchid Isle Holding Co., which owns and operates the Orchid Professional Centre located at the corner of North A-1-A and CR 510 in Wabasso Beach.
Collins, the son of local developer and businessman Tom Collins, received his BA in Environmental Architecture with a focus on environmental design in 2009 from the University of Colorado and is a 2004 graduate of Saint Edward’s Upper School.
He is active in the Coastal Conservation Association and is a volunteer assistant coach for Saint Ed’s varsity soccer team.
Other business ventures include being Managing Director for the south beach property that houses MT’s Chophouse, di Mare restaurant and several apartments.
The Orchid Professional Center, which is zoned office/professional, is accepting new tenants and features 3,000 square feet of medical space ready for move-in, in addition to several offices still available.
