Stephen M. DiTrapano, 56, of Sebastian, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at Sebastian River Medical Center after a battle with cancer.
He was born May 4, 1955, in Medford, Mass., and moved to Sebastian 21 years ago, from Tewksbury, Mass.
Stephen was the facilities manager for the City of Sebastian.
He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, and member of Airmasters Flying Club of Sebastian.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years Karen DiTrapano, of Sebastian; daughter Sarah DiTrapano, of Andover, Mass; son Jonathan DiTrapano, of Jacksonville; sister Lisa DiTrapano, of Wakefield, Mass., and mother Margaret DiTrapano, of Sebastian.
He was predeceased by his father Angelo DiTrapano.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at 4 p.m. at Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel in Sebastian.
