Marshall H. Holtz Jr., 85, died Oct. 30, 2011, at the Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
He was born in Hackensack, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach since 1999, coming from Fort Myers Beach.
Before retirement, he was a real estate broker.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy.
He was a member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Mary Louise Holtz, of Vero Beach; son, Thomas Holtz, of Fort Myers; daughter, Susan Holtz, of Waianae, Hawaii; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Interment will be at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola.
