Gary L. Kohlston, 56, died Oct. 15, 2011, in Vero Beach.
He was born in Jersey City, N.J., and lived in Vero Beach for 48 years, coming from New Jersey.
He worked as a mason.
He attended Riverview Baptist Church, Fort Pierce.
Survivors include his daughter, Rachel Kohlston, of Vero Beach; and sister, Jean Whitson, of Cocoa Beach.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Linda.
A memorial gathering will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Oct. 23 at Indrio Road Park, Fort Pierce.
Arrangements are by Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
