VERO BEACH — The public is invited to join the Cultural Council of Indian River County on Thursday, Oct. 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. to celebrate a brand new season of exciting cultural events at Vero Beach’s newest venue for the culinary arts, Osceola Bistro (formerly the Greenhouse Café) located at 2045 13th Ave. in the Downtown Dine & Design District.
