Theresa A. Zrelak, 81, died Oct. 11, 2011, at home.
She was born in Johnstown, Pa. and moved to Fellsmere nine years ago from Phillipsburg, N.J.
She was an assembly line technician at Lenn and Fink in Hillsboro, N.J.
She was a member of Mary Mother of God Catholic Church in Flagtown, N.J.
Survivors include a son, Richard Zrelak, of Fellsmere; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.
No local services are planned.
Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pa.
Arrangements are by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian.
