INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge cordially invites you to attend the DoubleTree Community Soirée, 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23 at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Melbourne Beach in Indialantic.
Due to the devastation caused recently by Hurricane Irene on the beaches, many sea turtle nests, eggs and babies did not survive the storm.
Now, more than ever, it is important that we unite for conservation and preservation to help these magnificent but endangered species.
Enjoy great food, entertainment, charity raffle with great prizes, presentations by leading experts including Dr. Llew Ehrhart, complimentary Starbucks barista station, discounted chair massages by local professionals and much more.
Ticket price of $30 includes admission for one, a chance to win great prizes, unlimited hors d’oeuvres and more. Alcoholic beverages, chair massages and extra raffle tickets will be available at an additional cost.
All proceeds will go directly to Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge for conservation purposes.
