Betty Amelia Geigle, 81, died Oct. 4, 2011, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born in Detroit and moved to Sebastian five months ago, coming from Beaverton, Ore.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her sons, Lee Allen Boyer, of Sebastian, Chuck Boyer, of Washington, D.C., Gary Van Boyer, of Davenport, and Craig Steven Boyer, of Vancouver, Wash.; stepsons, Richard Boyer, of Floral City and David Geigle, of Medford, Ore.; stepdaughter, Andra-Lee Adams, of Lakeview, Ore.; brothers, Johnnie Wilhelmsen, of Pinckney, Mich., and Ray Wilhelmsen, of Troy, Mich.; sister, Joann Young, of Raymondville, Texas; half-brother, Chris Wilhelmsen of Detroit; half-sister, Tina Wilhelmsen of Detroit; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalmer Geigle; and son, David John Barrette.
No local services are planned.
Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Ore.
Arrangements are by Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, Sebastian.
