Indian River Whole Child Connection seeks community input

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Junior League of Indian River is inviting the community to help pilot the brand new Whole Child Connection by completing a web-based survey. The Connection is an exciting, new, web-based program designed to give Indian River families better access to community services.

Through completing a Whole Child Profile families can identify their child’s needs and be matched with service providers who can help in various areas, including education, health, social well-being, spiritual well-being, environmental safety and economics.

The Whole Child Connection is free, easy, confidential and convenient.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. To complete the survey go to www.wholechildirc.org, complete a Whole Child Profile by clicking on “Complete a Profile” and then fill out the online survey (a pop up window with the survey link will appear after completing a Whole Child Profile).

The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of the survey is to gain a better understanding of how easy to navigate the Whole Child Connection is and if the instructions are helpful.

You can choose to enter into a drawing for a $50 Target Gift Card.

Driven by its vision of building a community where everyone works together to make sure children thrive, Whole Child Indian River is focused on connecting families to services in the community.

If you have any questions regarding this survey, please feel free to contact Shira Johnson at (772) 563-9287 or via email at wholechidldirc@gmail.com.
