VERO BEACH — Tiger Lily Art Studios and Gallery, 1903 14th Avenue, invites the public to listen to selected readings from Sean Sexton’s recently published book of poetry, Blood Writing, on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.
His two-day show, Pottery, Poetry and Other Things, will have an opening reception on Friday, Oct. 7, 5 to 8 pm and will continue through Saturday, Oct. 8.
Sexton divides his time between painting, writing and taking care of his family’s 600-acre ranch in Vero Beach, Florida. His works contain images of the land, cattle, tools, fruit, vegetables, skulls and bones among other inspirations.
