Joseph R. Sullivan Jr., 70, died Sept. 20, 2011, at Sebastian River Medical Center.
He was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Sebastian 20 years ago from Fort Lauderdale.
He was an Army veteran.
He worked as a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Dorothy Sullivan, of Sebastian; brothers, Edward, Michael, Samuel and Allen; and sisters, Betty, Nora and Becky.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joey.
No services are scheduled.
