Edna B. Taylor, 89, died Aug. 11, 2011, at VNA Hospice House.
She was born in West Point, Miss., and was a resident of Indian River County for 53 years, coming from West Point.
She was retired from the public schools of Indian River County.
She was a member of the Wabasso Church of God, where she served on the usher board.
Survivors include her sons, William Robertson, of Vero Beach, Charles Robertson of Wabasso and T.H. Taylor, of Sebastian; daughters, Dorothy McIntosh, Lawanda Taylor and Alice Taylor, all of Vero Beach, and Geneval Sneed, Theresa Swann and Carolyn Taylor, all of Sebastian; brothers, T.H. Davidson, of Cleveland, Ohio, Tommy Davidson, of Chicago and James Davidson, of East St. Louis, Ill.; sisters, Annette Steverson and Sallie Matt Davidson, both of West Point; 97 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Lee Taylor; and daughter, Sarah Ann Taylor.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 19 at Wabasso Church of God, where the funeral will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 20.
Burial will follow at Wabasso Cemetery.
