Carol S. Campbell, 63, died July 30, 2011, at the Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Meadville, Pa., and moved to Vero Beach from Atlanta.
Before retirement, she worked for several federal government agencies, including NASA, the EPA and FEMA in the Washington, D.C., and Atlanta areas.
She was a 1965 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School.
Survivors include her sisters, Hazel Grist, of Paris, Alaska, and Cindy Kline, of Meadville; and brother, Larry Smith, of North Canton, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Radford C. and Jeanne E. Smith; and brother, Philip L. Smith.
