Patrick Harmon White, 33, died Aug. 1, 2011.
He was born in Melbourne and was a lifelong resident of Sebastian.
He worked at Henry Fischer and Sons as a CDL driver and equipment operator.
He was a member of the Sebastian River Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Krysta Svelling White, of Sebastian; daughter, Harmony White, of Sebastian; stepdaughter, Justice Shaffer, of Sebastian; mother, Theda Furtado, of Sebastian; stepfather, James Furtado, of Sebastian; stepmother, Tiney White, of Sebastian; grandmother, Mary Freeman, of Alabama; sisters, Kimberly Waltermire, of Sebastian, Allison Johnson, of Georgia and Tonya Wright, of Tennessee; and brothers, Tony White, of Vero Beach and Christopher Wright, of Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Harmon White Sr.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 5 at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian.
Services will be at 11 a.m. at Seawinds Funeral Home Chapel.
