Volunteer needed to coordinate Public Art Exhibits

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Cultural Council of Indian River County is seeking a volunteer to coordinate art exhibits at the County Administration Building. With some exception, the exhibits run for a three-month period throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling the exhibition dates;

Meeting the artists at the Administration Building on the day of delivery (Artist is responsible for hanging the show);

Collecting a signed “Hold Harmless” agreement from the exhibiting artist;

Obtaining information from the artists for publicity purposes and for the CCIRC website;

Notifying county personnel of installation and take down dates.
