  • David Michael Ostendarp, 35, of 2145 27th Ave., Vero Beach; Arrest Location: Same; Arresting Agency: Vero Beach Police Department; Status: Held on $52,000 bond; Charges: Two counts of Third Degree Grand Theft, Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and three counts of Misdemeanor Possession of Legend Drug without Prescription.
