VERO BEACH — Organizers of a “Taste of Modern Monday” want to bring a little bit of love to your Monday night through a taste of chocolate, taste of wine, and a taste of heart-opening yoga for both men and women. The event takes place from 5:15 to 8:15 Monday, July 18 at The Yoga Pagoda, 2101 Indian River Blvd. in the Modern One Building.
The newly renovated Modern One building on Indian River Blvd has proven itself to be a hot spot for dining, shopping and fitness but local owners/experts have decided to turn up the love thermometer that Monday.
Gina Battle, founder of Faith, Hope and…Chocolate will guide the palette on the gentle nuances of the cocoa bean through some love inducing tastes of her chocolates.
Shelley Adelle, founder of The Yoga Pagoda invites you to take part in a relaxing and luscious heart opening flow class accessible for all to restore and envelope the heart.
Shane Kerfoot, founder of Cork Wine Bar, will guide the palette on a delicious tasting journey in order to pick up the subtle notes of wine.
Women and Men are invited to attend and RSVPs are required in advance by July 14 as space is limited to forty friends.
Your $40 “Love Ticket” includes taxes, tips and a swag bag with goodies from the shop owners.
You are not required to be a wine connoisseur, a chocolate authority or yoga aficionado for it will be accessible to all. The dress is comfortable, attendees must be 21+ and the proceeds will benefit the Africa Yoga Project, where the transformative power of yoga empowers communities and changes lives in East Africa.
