Daniel Joseph Gallen, 73, of Sebastian, died Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Sebastian Regional Medical Center.
Gallen was born Nov. 29, 1937, in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to Sebastian 16 years ago from Berlin, N.J.
He worked many areas of the hospitality industry and most recently with Indian River Golf Club.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Leona Gallen; three sons Richard Gallen, of Lewes, Del., Daniel Gallen, Jr., of Jewett City, Conn., and Jim Gallen, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a daughter Sharon Broccoli, of Deptford, N.J.
Visitation will be Friday, July 1 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Seawinds Funeral Home in Sebastian.
Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m., the same day.
