Chesley James Oak, 102, of Vero Beach, died Sunday, June 26, 2011, at Green Gables Assisted Living in Vero Beach.
He was born Dec. 21, 1908, in Newfoundland, Canada, and has been a longtime resident of Vero Beach.
He was an active member of the Presbyterian Church in Stuart.
He is preceded in death by his wife.
Survivors include two nephews.
There are no services planned at this time.
