Margaret Roberts Morris, 84, died June 17, 2011, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was a lifelong resident of Vero Beach.
She was a 1944 graduate of Vero Beach High School.
She was the first clerk of the Indian River County Health Department.
She was a member of First Church of God, Vero Beach.
She was a member of American Travel Association.
Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Joseph Nehemiah Morris, of Vero Beach; son, Steven Meeks, of Hernando; daughters, Beverly Meeks and Marcia Meeks Monroe, both of Vero Beach; brothers, Charlie Roberts, of Vero Beach and Joe Roberts, of Wassau, Wis.; sisters, Freda Wright, of Vero Beach, Annie Sanger, of Columbus, Ga., and Joann Waddell, of Palm Springs; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, James Roberts, Harold Roberts and Billy Roberts; and sisters, Ella Mae Gallott and Velma Lassiter.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. June 20 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
A service will be at 10 a.m. June 21 at the funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Sempsrott officiating.
Interment will be in Crestlawn Cemetery, Vero Beach.
