VERO BEACH — Two experienced individuals, Patti Hinckley and Amanda Smith Pfennig, have joined the new team at Vero Beach Fashion Outlets, the only true outlet center on the Treasure Coast.
Patti Hinckley, a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the new Center Manager. Hinckley is also involved with the Indian River Chamber of Commerce, and is both a board member and Kitchen Director for Sara’s Kitchen, a local soup kitchen. Hinckley has more than 19 years of experience in the property management industry and formerly managed a well-known outlet center in Kittery, Maine.
Amanda Smith Pfennig, a Vero Beach native, has joined Vero Beach Fashion Outlets as its Marketing Coordinator. Her degree from Elon College and previous marketing experience working for Vero Life Magazine, Clark Creative Design, where she handled retail accounts such as the Savannah Mall, and DHI Advertising & Design, equips her to help market the center on a local and national level. Pfennig is involved with the Indian River Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, the Young Professional Network as an advisory committee member and has volunteered on the Tumba La Casa event committee benefiting the Children’s Home Society. She has previously volunteered with the American Cancer Society Citrus Gala and Cattle Baron’s Ball, Oceanside Business Association, and Main Street Vero Beach.
