Samantha Ruby Mae Pinder, 79, died Monday, May 2, 2011, at her residence.
She was born on April 30, 1932, in Dayton, Ohio, and was a resident of Sebastian for 42 years, coming from Melbourne.
Pinder worked for Piper Aircraft and Pinder’s Pets and Shells in Sebastian.
She was a member of the Italian American Club, Orioles, VFW and Eagles.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Donald Pinder, of Sebastian; sons Joe Kowalski, of Palm Bay, and Mike Marvin, of Pa.; five grandchildren, nine great children, and brother Robert Charlton, of Melbourne.
A memorial service will be on Friday, May 6, 2011, at Seawinds Chapel in Sebastian.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Italian American High School Golf Scholarship.
