VERO BEACH — The Indian River Genealogical Society invites the public to “Fertilize your Family Tree” at its last general meeting of the season on Tuesday May 10. Marg Putzke will discuss educational resources helpful to family history researchers during the program.
Putzke is an expert genealogy researcher and the coordinator of the society’s Polish Genealogy Interest Group. Whether genealogy is your hobby or a serious passion, you’ll learn to find a variety of resources to help “Fertilize your Family Tree”.
The IRGS meets on second Tuesdays, September through May, at 9:30 am in the large first floor conference room of the Indian River County Main Library, 1600 21st Street, Vero Beach.
All general meetings of the society are free and open to the public. Following a brief business session and refreshments, the program will begin about 10:30 a.m.
