Dovie N. Cruce, 85, died April 17, 2011, at her residence in Fellsmere.
She was a lifelong resident of Fellsmere.
She was employed as a bagger in the Sugar Mill Company, located in Fellsmere.
She was a member of the Church of God of Fellsmere.
Survivors include her sons, Troy Eugene Cruce, Kirby Tollison Cruce and Earnie Arlin Cruce, Sr. all of Fellsmere; daughter, Evaleen Yates, of Fellsmere; sister, Violet Grice, of Oxford, Ark.; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Cruce; son, Darrell “Big D” Cruce and daughter, Diana Sue Cruce.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. on April 21, 2011, at Strunk Funeral Home, Sebastian.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 22, 2011, at Strunk Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Yates of Clewiston Gospel Ministries, officiating.
Burial will follow at Winter Beach Cemetery.
