Nina Ruth Becker, 89, died April 10, 2011, at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian.
She was born in Portage, Wis., and was a winter resident for 25 years.
She was a retired sheriff’s deputy with the Columbia County, Wis., Sheriff’s Department.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Delavan, Wis.; the Order of the Eastern Star; and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Survivors include her daughter, Karol Spear, of New Port Richey; sons, Scott Becker, of Sebastian and David Becker, of Delavan; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Becker; and twin brothers, Harvey and Harry Grunke.
