Vivian J. Wilson, 83, died March 21, 2011, at the Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Michigan City, Ind., and moved to Vero Beach in 1982 from Baltimore, Md.
She was a homemaker and she worked for Westinghouse as a circuit board assembler prior to retiring.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach.
She belonged to her community bridge group.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Harold W. Wilson, of Vero Beach; son, Roderick N. Wilson Sr., of Harrisburg, Pa.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Karen Wilson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 1750 20th St., Vero Beach, FL 32960.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. March 25 at the Cox-Gifford-Seawinds Funeral Home, Vero Beach.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. March 26 at the funeral home, with Dr. Charles C. Lever of the First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach officiating.
