Dorothea M. Craycraft, 88, died March 11, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
She was born in Burlington, Ky., and lived in Vero Beach for 30 years, coming from Erlanger, Ky.
She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Vero Beach and volunteered at Indian River Medical Center as a Pink Lady for several years.
She worked for St. Paul Insurance Co. for 20 years.
Survivors include her son, John Douglas Sebastian, of Vero Beach; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Lloyd Akin, Robert Akin and June Akin; and sisters, Libby Hawkins and Betty Lay.

A memorial service will be at a later date.
