Ronald Charles Kalie, 71, died March 2, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Erie, Pa., and was a local resident for 12 years, coming from Erie.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Joanne Hemsher Black Kalie; daughters, Donna Kalie Stant and Annie Black Qualls, both of Sebastian, and Debbie Kalie Brown, of Erie; sons, Charles Kalie, of Sebastian and Doug Kalie, of Erie; sisters, Mary Oatman and Kate Flinn, both of Dayton, Ohio; brothers, Joseph Kalie, of West Virginia, and Jim Kalie and Pat Kalie, both of Erie; and six grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date.
