People Care Center, a non for profit organization created to help Indian River County families affected by HIV/AIDS, will host a fundraising dinner from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 26 at the 2002 Restaurant in Vero Beach. Dinner includes your choice of Coconut Tilapia, Chicken Parmesan or Prime Rib, with sides of homemade mashed potatoes & green beans, a house salad and dessert. It also includes a complimentary glass of wine, soda or iced tea. A beer and wine cash bar will be available.
