3-D District Gallery Stroll

VERO BEACH — Art Galleries in the Downtown Dine & Design (3D) District of Vero Beach (14th Avenue and beyond) will host their monthly “Gallery Stroll” Friday, March 4, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Art galleries will be open to the public offering refreshments and showcasing their artists’ newest work.  Some galleries will be featuring Guest Artists or special events, and artists will be on hand to discuss their work and to greet visitors.

Many other “artsy” businesses in the 3D District will be open for browsing and shopping, and the numerous restaurants and cafes in the area will be open and waiting for diners.  Cards listing the dates and locations of participating art galleries are available at the galleries and many of the other businesses in the 3D District and beyond.

This event is free and open to the public.

Low beach attendance for January; no water rescues

Fertilizer restrictions to go into effect next month

A reminder from the Indian River Neighborhood Association to residents of Indian River County, City of Vero Beach, Sebastian and Orchid. We are coming into our rainy season when more nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorous are likely to be washed from our lawns, driveways and roads into the storm water system and, ultimately, into our local waterways such as the Indian River Lagoon. More than 50 new businesses over past 5 years lead to parking issues
