June C. Knoblauch, 89, died Feb. 3, 2011, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
She was born in Glens Falls, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for more than three years and in Florida since 1956, coming from her birthplace.
Before retirement, she was a service manager supervisor for the Southern Bell Telephone Co. and worked for the Warren County Veterans Affairs.
She was a member of the Pioneers Club and the Women’s Club of Homestead and was a parishioner of the First United Methodist Church in Ocala.
She graduated from Harcum Junior College.
Survivors include her daughters, Leslie Spurlock, of Fort Pierce and Georgia Browning, of Archer; sons, Geoffrey Knoblauch, of Newberry and Jonathan Knoblauch, of Port St. Lucie; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, George Knoblauch. Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA/Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960.
