Thunder on the Beach Powwow and Native American Experience
The 17th annual Thunder on the Beach Powwow and Native American Experience is set to take place February 14-16, 2020- at the Indian River County Fairgrounds. Spectators can expect to see and learn about part of the Native American culture. There will be Intertribal dancing- with natives coming to dance from all around the country and Mexico. Bark in the Park
The Humane Society of Vero Beach & Indian River County will host our 7th annual Bark in the Park on Saturday, January 11th, 2020. This exciting dog and family funfest takes place in Vero Beach’s Riverside Park and is attended by over 5,000 people and 1,000 dogs. Once again we will delight attendees with the World Famous Disc Connected K9’s, a champion Frisbee dog team, as our headline attraction. Participants are invited to run the popular lure and dog agility courses, watch the Indian River County Sheriff’s Department K-9 demonstration squad and enjoy merchandise, food vendors, children’s activities and much more!
