Patricia F. Cherry, 70, died Dec. 20, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
She was born in Clifton Forge, Va., and lived in Vero Beach for 38 years, coming from Oradel, N.J.
Before retirement, she was a department store manager with Bloomingdale’s and worked for John’s Island Properties in Indian River Shores.
She was a member of the Vero Beach Garden Club and Klee’s, the ladies auxiliary of BPOE 1774, where she served as president.
She attended Dean Junior College in Franklin, Mass.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Cliff Cherry, of Vero Beach; daughter, Tricia Ledford, of Vero Beach; son, Brian Cherry, of Vero Beach; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Bruce Cherry; and a sister, Linda Ford Owens.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 23 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Dec. 24 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce, followed by a reception at The Plaza in Vero Beach.
