Jacob L. Fisher, Jr., 74, of Sebastian, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born March 9, 1936, in Little Britain Township, Pa., and was a seasonal resident of Sebastian for nine years, coming from Pequea, Pa. Fisher was a Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Army and he worked for High Steel Structures in Lancaster, Pa., for 27 years until his retirement in 1998.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Joy; daughter, Lynn M. Priest, of Raymond , Maine; son, Jacob L. Fisher III, of Columbia, Pa.; Tammy Dunbar, of Mt. Joy, Pa; Thomas W. Taglieri, Jr., of East Petersburg, Pa; Tony Taglieri, of Willow Street, Pa; Terry and Tim Taglieri both of Pequea, Pa; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gladys M. Lefever Fisher and Jacob Lloyd Fisher.
Services will be at a later date in Pennsylvania.
